In order to deliver consistent quality, our methodology defines what projects we deliver and specifies a set of activities needed to plan, manage and execute engagements. The process that we use to engage our methodology is a four phase process.

Conceive: The first phase in our methodology Conceive, focuses on establishing a concise profile of the business and infrastructure environments. It is in this phase that the project objectives and business success criteria are determined, and the conceptual architecture for the solution is derived.

The key here is the interactive nature of this phase. We look at the entire picture. Where you are, where you want to be, and what steps are necessary to begin the journey. Together we execute the plan that takes you forward toward your goal.

Design: Design, the second phase of our Methodology, takes the architectural concept created from the previous phase, and maps it into technology in the form of specifications. The specifications will then dictate the design of the technical solution and the implementation strategy. This phase also establishes parameters by which the success of the design will be measured.

Build: Phase three of our Methodology Build, utilizes the technology and specifications then create the actual network. This may involve a prototypical network that is used to validate the feasibility of the design. Once the design has been validated the actual construction and implementation of the network begins. The final step in this phase is to deliver the operational network, all documentation and training to you.

Manage: The final phase in our methodology is Manage, where we actually operate the network with you. This allows us to provide any final turnover of the product and to ensure that you understand the daily operation and nuances of the network in actual production. This phased approach allows PNC to provide as much or as little of these services as you, our client, need. This flexibility also allows us to customize our services to your needs. There is no such thing as a "One Size Fits All" network or canned solution. We understand this. That´s why we provide a flexible and dynamic set of services that allow you to pick and choose which services fit your need best, then provides a vehicle by which we deliver those selected services.
