We will examine your current anti virus and firewall software to determine if you are protected.  If your system is not being protected adequately, then we will recommend a course of action.

CybarCare will manage all the latest updates:

It appears that every day there is a new patch for security and service to be installed on your computer.  We will be sure to install the patches correctly and effectively without defects or security issues.

Ticket Service Centers:

Monthly statistics will be available on a Client’s View Only” web site so that you may view current network status, storage levels, uptime, current applications loaded down to the PC level, server statistics, current anti-virus and anti SPAM versions, web conditions along with any open issues or make any requests through the secure system.  This will enable you to track your progress and the value of CybarCare.

Face to  Face Visits:

Our Technicians will regularly visit your office just a doctor may do his rounds at a hospital.  The visit includes a general checkup on  the status of computers and how they are our Technician may be able to address and repair any issues on site and right away.  If there are issues that need further attention, then they can initiate a service ticket through our Ticket Service Center and get your issue in our system for immediate response.

Remote Monitoring: 

CybarCare is a employs the use of remote monitoring that allows CybarWorks to monitor and report on the health and vital statistics of your systems.  Not only can we remotely resolve your problems but we know if your system is having any malfunctions long before you are even aware of them.  This Active System Management is a necessity to eliminating potentially debilitating issues at your business.

The Architecture of the remote control solution:

Security: State of the art security features include an Socket Layer (SDL) with encryption of date stream and chat as well as keyboard and mouse input.  All information that is used during the session is never transmitted or stored on the Cybarworks servers.

Reliable and Scalable:  Web-balancing switches monitor the network flow and transparently distribute server requests among all the servers.  Redundant equipment and clustered servers and backup systems ensure reliability and scalability.

Firewall Friendly:  Because Cybarworks’ software on the remote computer initiates an outgoing connection, the technology works with your existing firewall and does not require special configuration or rules.  Nor does it compromise the integrity of your firewall.

High Performance:  Only the screen image of the remote computer is transmitted and is updated only as it changes.  The data is also highly compressed.  For these reasons, the supported user does not experience the lag time associated with other remote access solutions.

Other software applications: 

All other software applications for the servers and network equipment are loaded to provide a continual update or any anomalies.  If any issues are noted, our Technician will take the appropriate actions and log the corrective action taken in our knowledge base.

Change Control:  

All changes, modifications and/or reconfigurations that made to your computer will be only with the consent of the manager or supervisor in charge.  We track and log as well as create a “Back out plan” so tat if there is a problem that occurs as a result of the modification, we can easily restore your systems to their original settings as quickly as possible.

Disaster Recovery Management: 

We institute a Disaster Recovery Plan in case of a catastrophic failure occurs, Cybarworks can have your business up and running as soon as possible.  In order to achieve a comprehensive Recovery plan, Cybarworks will review your system and validate your systems backups so that we can be sure to recover the correct and accurate data.
