Monitor:

Our approach to Managed Services begins with our "CybarAgent" monitoring process. We begin with a discussion about the devices that you want monitored, then we baseline these devices to gain valuable data regarding the normal traffic and utilization. This network assessment process takes about 4 days at your site over a 30-day period. We provide a complete list of items that need to be addressed before we begin our monitoring process.

This is when the "CybarAgent" device is placed into your network to listen and monitor. During our discussion, we develop an escalation plan for notification, desired alarms triggers and thresholds to watch, and the information that you would like to see regarding utilization, etc. We develop a plan and then add you to our client support website so that you can watch your network along with us if you would like. You will have access to utilization graphs and data points about your network. You will receive a monthly reminder that the information is available on your personalized web portal. You will receive notifications in your chosen format if an alarm is encountered. We will make sure that you know the health of your network and your monitored devices.

Support:

Monitoring may not be enough, or your company may require more assistance. "CybarCare" adds trained, support technicians to our Monitoring service providing your company with the technical expertise that you need as you need it.
